My Story

After more than 30 years in the nail care industry, I’ve built my career on three pillars: quality, trust, and genuine care. My love for nails began simply—I just loved having my own done. But it was nail school in 1994 that laid the true foundation for my craft. That’s where I learned that quality nail care begins long before the polish. It starts with experience, skill, and—above all—personalized service. In a time when authentic care is becoming rare, I remain deeply committed to delivering a personal, elevated experience.

Over the years, I’ve cultivated lasting relationships with clients by delivering more than beautiful results. I bring reliability, discretion, and a serene, spa-like presence to every appointment. Today, I bring this expertise to a new chapter: luxury mobile nail services designed for clients who value time, privacy, and wellness.

My mobile service offers a private, concierge-level experience—ideal for professionals, executives, and discerning individuals who expect the highest standards. I also hold a deep compassion for seniors, especially those who are homebound or bed-bound, and find fulfillment in helping them feel seen, cared for, and beautiful.

MOBILE BOOKING POLICIES

At Expectations Luxe Nail Concierge, we are committed to providing an indulgent, stress-free nail experience wherever you are. To maintain the highest standard of service, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

 

RESERVATIONS

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the services booked is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final balance.

  • A minimum service total of $75 is required for all appointments.

  • We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

  • Gratuities are not required, but always appreciated.

TRAVEL & SETUP

  • Travel is included within 10 miles or 15 minutes of our base location.

  • Appointments beyond this range will incur an additional travel surcharge.

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible parking. Any parking or toll fees will be added to the service total.

  • Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with access to an outlet and comfortable seating is available for your service.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  • One courtesy reschedule is permitted if notice is given within the required timeframe.

 

COURTESY & CARE

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. (Late to where appt is scheduled to be) Beyond this, your service may be shortened or canceled.

  • For the health and safety of all clients, services cannot be provided if nail or skin conditions are present that the tech deems unsafe to service.

 

GROUPS & EVENTS

  • A larger deposit is required for group or event bookings. Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours in advance.

  • Custom packages are available for hotels, corporate gatherings, bridal parties, and special occasions.
